Este proyecto de uso mixto se teje con vialidades existentes e integra edificios mediante espacios de convivencia. Combina vivienda multifamiliar y comercio, integrando funciones para maximizar el uso de suelo.


This mixed-use project weaves into existing roadways and integrates buildings via shared spaces. It combines multi-family housing and commerce, integrating functions to maximize land use.

We created density and connectivity by leveraging the site (corner lot across a new metro station on the urban center's edge) via a stacked program of commerce, parking, and living.
